Partners

Stronger, together

Trails thrive when public institutions, community organizations and private supporters each play their role. MDR Trails helps connect those efforts.

Why partnerships matter

Connected beyond our borders

The network our region dreams of does not end at the edge of Greater Moncton. Every corridor connects toward routes that stretch across the province and the country, and every partner brings expertise, credibility and reach that a young citizen-led organization could never build alone.

MDR Trails does not replace any of these partners. We help connect their efforts around a shared regional vision.

Who we work with

Three families of partners

Public partners

Municipalities and regional public institutions are responsible for trail planning, infrastructure, governance and public investment. Their decisions shape the network. Our role is to build community support around the priorities they identify.

  • City of Moncton
  • City of Dieppe
  • Town of Riverview
  • Southeast Regional Service Commission

Community partners

Trail, conservation and recreation organizations, cycling clubs, running groups, schools and community groups that share the same horizon. This is the network we want to grow, one conversation at a time.

Private & philanthropic partners

Businesses, foundations, landowners, sponsors and individuals who choose to invest in the quality of life of Greater Moncton, beyond what taxation already funds.

For businesses & foundations

Why partner with MDR Trails?

Businesses are already part of the communities they serve. Partnering with MDR Trails is a simple, concrete way to support healthy lifestyles, outdoor recreation and the quality of life of Greater Moncton.

  • Community impact. Visible support for trails, healthy lifestyles and outdoor recreation across three communities.
  • Employee engagement. Volunteer days, team events and a cause your people can experience on any lunch break.
  • Regional identity. A positive, non-partisan movement rooted in Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview.
  • Environmental stewardship. Concrete, local action: tree planting, mini-forests, trail care and education.
