The foundations of our organization
Our non-profit was founded on four pillars. They guide where we focus our energy and what we mobilize the community around.
Environment
Miyawaki mini-forests, native biodiversity and urban cooling: a living green corridor through the heart of the region.
Public health
Safe, accessible, everyday movement: walking, running and cycling woven into ordinary life, in every season.
Education
Stewardship, ecological literacy and hands-on community engagement: the network as an outdoor classroom.

Community philanthropy
Every gift helps our community do more for trails
Public investment supports the responsibilities of government. Community philanthropy lets citizens and businesses contribute beyond taxation: your gift fuels volunteering, education, events, community programs and initiatives carried out with the appropriate public partners.
Donations are processed securely through Zeffy, a 100%-free platform for non-profits, so more of your gift goes to the mission.
